Enrico Maria Milič is an Italian-Slovenian anthropologist and author from Trieste. He studied anthropology in Belfast and writes about food and the people on the margins. He wrote La Locanda ai Margini d'Europa (The Inn at the Edge of Europe, 2023), reprinted four times in Italian and translated into Slovenian. He has worked in Italy, Lebanon, Tunisia, Egypt and Saudi Arabia
